DEPOSITS
Under article 1590 of the French Civil Code, and being considered as a means of mutual penalty, deposits will be repaid at the end of the agreed stay.
Deposits will be neither returned nor reimbursed in the event of the stay being cancelled or cut short for any reason whatsoever.
